Consider how you can extend your customer’ length of lifetime loyalty to your business.
When computing your Customer Lifetime Value, you determine the longevity of your business success and its value when you come to sell.
This workshop is designed for businesses who have at least 2 years sales history and are seeking to gain a higher return from their current customer database.
You will be required to access your customer information as you will be inputting this data through the course of the workshop.
