About the workshop

How can you tell if your business is succeeding? Well there are a number of operating metrics like your sales, revenue and profit margin. These figures you can then compare against your annual projections, historical numbers, or competitors in the same industry.

But what metrics can you use to determine your business’s success long term?

This is a very important question and one which many businesses struggle to answer. Combining accounting with marketing and sales, in this workshop we will discover:

  • The customer lifetime value to your business
  • Understand and apply the formula to your business
  • Importance of purchasing frequency to your bottom line profit
  • Identify strategies for increasing the average customer spend
  • Consider how your can extend your customer’ length of lifetime loyalty to your business

When computing your Customer Lifetime Value, you determine the longevity of your business success and its value when you come to sell. This workshop is designed for businesses who have at least two years sales history and are seeking to gain a higher return from their current customer database.

You will be required to access your customer information as you will be inputting this data through the course of the workshop.
